I have no idea how the extra lands are going to be valued. The weakness there is that they haven't been drilled out -

Well they have 4 months are they aren't using them to drill....This tells me they have all the proof they need.

NPV of 1 50% drilled zone is 1 things, a District with multiple zones is another.
