What To Do Now

This latest unofficial news seems to indicate that our future is both posiive and short. The question is what to do? Is it panic buy time? Hold tight and wait?( I already have a lot of shares) (Also have some dry powder). Use it? The pressure is building and I feel like a deer in the headlights. Sorry I know none of this really adds anything to the Forum-just my musings.
