Message: Drilling?

I haven't got a sense of what folks think about the cessation of drilling. I am mostly puzzled as it raises a lot of possibilities.

imho..

The entire drilling season seemed suspiciously uninspired and I have thought that since early June. Now it has come to a complete halt - before Phase I really got completed and before we have the assays from the first hole LOL! Camp is shutting down as of the end of the month. Each week of the next 2 months exponentially decreases the chance of reopening and drilling before the snow shuts things down in December. So I'd say no more core this year.

Since all of this year's drilling is non-BFS related, it is all on CUU's dime and is not considered a Qualified Expense under the Areement. That makes those drills and assays Elmers. I don't think TCK can vet the NR on those (right?).

The core we do have this year shows that Discovery is consistently mineralized where Elmer chose to drill. Those assays are critical to the negotiation for Discovery. By the nature of where Main/Paramount and Discovery lie on the mountain, Mike is left dangling overhead. The 'current' extention of the 2008 Mine pit plan on the NE wall already incorporates half of Mike due to the need to have sloping pit walls. Any discussion on SC ownership would likely have to involve Discovery and Mike. Note we didn't drill the Mike Zone successfully this year due to failed holes before depth. From what my unqualified observations tell me, we drilled the northern tip and guts of Discovery with 426 & 427 - and to good effect.

Putting the NR for 426 & 427 assays out is pretty important to TCK and critical to CUU. Maybe that is why we haven't seen them.

Is Elmer saving the non-BFS zones for CUU 2.0? With all of the recent fervour over grabbing more Golden Triangle area plus the 2 Nevada properties (2B finalized), CUU 2.0 is looking more and more likely relative to a complete buyout. At least CUU is prepared for that eventuality.

TCK isn't an explorer so maybe TCK will want to somehow option into the 2km lands and the rest of the CUU claims and let Elmer explore them up for TCK. CUU negotiates a substantial 'Liquidity Event' to sell the immediate BFS'd project and sell/option the necessary lands (pretty much the Sched A lands for waste and tailings + mine, includes Mike and 3/4 of Discovery). Enough of that Liquidity is retained to unzip the remaining zones with minimal dilution and sell them off.

Elmer mentioned drilling in 2013 at the AGM rather clearly.
