Very Well & so clearly put cuuv.... I do take issue on one minor point..

It was not always a WInning situation with CUU....EE & ES made it so. As I stated a few Posts back, the chances were..... it was small, Low Grade "Moose Pasture". So easy to "Paint a Blue Sky Opportunity" for some intrepid (& poss. naive Explorers).....Not so with these Boys!!! Kudo's all round!!!!!!!

I think, (as stated in an earlier Post), TCK will ALMOST be ecstatic to PAY UP!

Now it is Time to SHOW US S.H. THE MONEY!!

By the way "Craic" is Irish Speak for a Party....or a Fun experience, and I for one am ready for either!
