Galore was uneconomical, because solving the environmental issues would have been prohibititively costly like Pebble

Schaft does not have these environmental issues and needs only show that they are revenue neutral plus $1 to be economically viable to trigger the Teck decision

If Teck passes it won't be because of the economics
