Vette: I was pinned him with razor sharp questions, basically I could sense he couldn't answer my questions logically, because he's just not allowed to talk.

CBEW: If he is not allowed to talk then I surmise that it could only mean one thing .. they have an agreement

I think the logic is faulty in that his answers were not as expected and therefore it is assumed he's not talking about something and therefore there must be a deal. Maybe he was telling the truth!

If Ernesto puts a million dollars into our project right now he gets 1,240,000 shares plus options on another similar shares. Then if we sold out a portion of our current project and made, say $3, he would get $XXX.

If he took that same $million and bought shares in CUU2 after it had consolidated he might get 4,960,000 shares and an equal number of options. The share price would be worth less but over time would rise significantly and he would own a much higher percentage of that company. He would ultimately make much more money with that same investment and it might happen with 5 years.

It just seems smarter for EE to hold off putting large amounts of money in at this stage until they realize some gains from this project and move into their next legal entity. He's only investing the amount of money needed to get to feasibility. Maybe Copper Fox would be better off drilling this year but I don't think Ernesto would and he's the one holding the purse strings right now.
