Bell Copper's associated losses stay with Bell Copper.

I've been thinking of the Bell copper deal. The closing of that purchase is what could be holding stuff back. They had to do some DD 1st. Then if they are satisfied with their DD they buy the AZ properties.

They would be buying these AZ properties via a sub. with proportionate share ownership. The point being to keep the name and continue.

So until they've bought the AZ land via the sub. company, how can they sell their only asset.
