Correct me if I'm wrong.

Other companies that were bought out when they were near FS that was used to compare to CUU situation.

A lot of them released the BFS before they were bought out. Or they released it then got bought out.

CUU situation is different. Teck knew of the inside information of SC since day 1.

And with releasing the BF would create a much bigger problem to them. It's wiser to just take out CUU/contract completely.
