Teck taking it all would potentially stop the drill but only if they guaranteed the buy out and we knew the price. However, it may be that another company is buying out our share and that would certainly stop the drills.
We can rule out the back in. We should also be notified if Teck is the one taking us out. The reason for that is we have a contract with them. No NDA required. But if another company was buying us out a NDA would be required and they could negotiate under that. In that case the formal offer will be presented soon. To obsfucate a Teck deal we could voluntarily shut down and make the money arguements or cite that we have completed the Teck agreement and the FS will drop any day. Like I said before, we will know in short order.
The the clock starts and our drills are stopped the market may take a dim view of this. We could potentially plummet. Outsiders see this as Teck only running the show and not us.
