What does it mean when an exploration co., that has stated many times they have no interest in doing anything other than exploring, suddenly stops exploring?

They have made no effort to raise capital, either privately or publicly, which indicates they don't need any more money.

They have made no effort to release any of the results from this years activities, even though we know that by now, they have the results in their possesion.

They're either going out of business, or the deal is done and we're going to get some good news in the near future....that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.....chunky
