i concur with prospect - many posters are advocating its a done deal between teck and cuu; i think its prudent for any company to 'prepare for the worst, expect the best'....
perhaps this is why a previous poster published here an upcoming investment seminar about possible cuu participation in vancouver in sept. - unless cuu committed months ago, why would they sponser or participate if a deal is imminent?
with respect to 'bought up the adjacent claims' - i may be wrong, but i believe there wasn't any purchase from any other claims holder, but instead they themselves laid claim, which will only cost if they proceed with exploration. having said that, it still is part of the intrigue why teck proceeded with acquisition of the claims.
