Just wondering what you (and others, please feel free!) think will happen here. You said that we are worth close to 7.87$ and 2.50$ for the rest. Is this with all that we know currently regarding cuu (minus or with the BFS and other docs) and is this what they should eventually pay if more drilling is done to unlock value in the near future? Is the 5.95$ you mentioned the minimum you would accept in NPV if Teck said ok, let's buy you guys out now considering the potential? Hope I make sense.
