I've got a crazy theory. Maybe they stopped drilling because the drills were unable to reach their targets? The share price is low and drilling is expensive so Copper Fox decided to stop the dilution. If the share price takes off they will reconsider additional drilling.

We can try make this about Teck but I think this is simply a wise cost saving measure.
