My opinion, is that Teck will wait for the BFS to be released. ( remember Teck has 120 to deside what they want).

I do think that Teck and Elmer have spoke about the rest of the land in question....after all Elmer is a member of the board.

Elmer proved up what he needed to do. STOPPED the drills.

More than likely had somewhat of a meeting with Teck....after all Elmer has seen bits and pieces of the Titans, Mira, BFS......and releases thsi info to Teck so thier is transpairacy with the 2 companies....anyways that how I read it, when I`ve spoke to Elmer.

So

Teck knows just as much as Elmer on the lands that Teck has let us explore!!!

I see it as the problem with what Teck has no clue on the lands that CUU hold dirrectly.

I think that Teck has spoke with Elmer about the total price $$$$.

Elemer has said " Keep them drills handy we might need them soon"....If Teck does not except our price then we find anouther suitor for our lands.

The only problem with that is Teck has 120 days to respond.....in that 120 days...bet your buttons, Elemer will get them drills turning like crazy on our property....while Teck sits back and sees the NR ...( keep in mind, CUU does not have to show Teck the drill samples from our stuff, prior to a NR..thats all ours).Everyone sees it at the same time...Teck and us !!!!

For this reason.....I think Teck will let all the info come out and wait their expected 120 days...might not take 120 days thou for them to make up their mind, once they see the drill results comming out as NR`s...( CUU lots of GOLD !!!!!!) just like Webgogs suggest.
