So the consensus seems to be that there isn't a deal already negotiated, but it might still happen before the feasibility is released.
Europe has come up with a bond buying plan that has cheered up the markets over there and in the US. It's just possible they've come up with something that is going to stick this time. (Unlimited bond buying of countries in trouble over there.)
In the Globe today there is an article that is saying junior stocks are "coming to life."
"It’s only one month, but there is a hint that the the doldrums for junior stock trading are coming to an end.
Trading in August on the junior resource stock-dominated TSX Venture Exchange jumped 23 per cent in August from July. That’s the first month over month increase since February."

As well Teck B shares are up today over 2%.
If it looks like there is going to be some sort of rally it might go quite far with all the pent-up demand for investors.
