And that includes not starting the 120 day clock until after the BFS is filed with SEDAR, which Elmer told me would be the way he would interpret the condition if he were Teck. I don't know how much control we have over getting Tetra to file the report in a timely manner.
This is an important point. We are getting the numbers from the feasibility by the end of this month only, not the actual document itself. After the news release with the numbers they have 45 days in which to file the document on Sedar. Then the clock starts ticking with Teck. (Copper Fox files the document, not Tetra.) That's why I think they know they will be on time this time, because they likely already have those numbers and can release them when they want up to the point when they receive the final document.
Technically the clock starts ticking when Teck acknowledges receipt of the feasibility document, and that can only happen after receiving it, of course. They have quite a bit of time left before they are forced to declare their interest. With any luck, the market will recover in that period and we'll be in better shape.
