Actually weeks are definitely going to make a difference

I for one have a substantial tax obligation that I kicked down the road

That deadline is looming and I will need to liquidate a substantial amount of my shares in time to meet an Oct 15 filing deadline

There isn't much time left and getting into a tug of war over when the BFS is considered to be released is the last thing I need here
