That's where you and I differ. I think the Mira is late because Elmer is terrible at meeting deadlines. You think the Mira is late because they are in negotiations. I'll be more than happy to be proven wrong, but at this point I'm going to assume it's just another missed deadline because that's what history leads me to believe.
