My guess as to why Elmer wants to get it out all at the same time...IMO....He wants Teck to watch CUU`s stock price climb or hault even when it is all out the same day.

Show Teck what will happen to the stock price when this comes out, so give us what we want or we`ll get the BIG BOYZ to see what you see now and start offers on the table for our piece of the "district".

I would think that Teck would then start to sweat a little then, which leads me to believe that Teck has not gave Elmer an offer or the offer might have been very low.

Once the NR with all the info comes out....Im bet`in that the drills start turning as well.
