The framework may be in place, but since Teck apparently is still holding their cards, and may want to take the 120 days, Elmer is not planning on making it easy on them

They are already no doubt wrestling with buyout terms for a gigantic resource, that an expert geologist has shown them he can drop a drill into economic mineralization at will

They already know that giving this thing to Salazar may have been the screw up of the century

How much more pain are they willing to wait for before they take this monster off of Elmers hands
