It's always an opinion. Since things can change beyond anyones control everything less a NR is a foreward looking statement. Sure there's a lot of fact behind my idea but that wouldn't stop teck from offering on our lands. Just this, they have not and we have not charged expenses. Therefore, no deal yet on our lands. Given that they have not asked for additional drilling on their stuff, the company's statement that Teck has enough and is happy about the BFS let's us conclude that Teck has decided what they want. It will be up to us to accept or decline when the paper lands on our desks.
