My understanding is the two companies have had a very collaborative approach. I just can't see negotiations souring so quickly.

Its not personal, its just business. We are trying to get max shareholder value, likewise they are trying to get it cheap for their shareholders. We will meet somewhere in between or perhaps more to our side :)
