I'm not sure how PPs are classed, but if Ernesto is under blackout as far as buying on the open market goes, perhaps his warrants will be subject to same blackout? As we know several of the insiders (Elmer, Mike) have lots of warrants that are in the money and should have expired months ago - but have not yet expired nor been excercised.

I would imagine that if Ernesto is subject to the same blackout, his warrants would be treated likewise.

That being said, I do not know why he can participate in PPs then - perhaps it's considered different? I don't know.
