If CUU and TECK are in a chess match as just about everyone here seems to agree (I may be wrong) then it makes perfect sense the types of NRs that are being released. Nobody on this board knows what exactly CUU is planning to do and to give out NRs just to placate a few retail investors is not the way to get the best possible deal at the buyout.
