It's plus or minus 4 days. We are told that we can trust that estimate. I would welcome 3 weeks late for technical reasons. Ya, I know, that we would take a tremendous hit. On the plus side we would see the strike price shoot up to where it should be. In the past we were told in less certain terms that it was on time. (Those of us who have a running dialog had a different understanding.) My read on the tone is that we could miss by a week. We could equally be a few days early.
