Hey DC14

You make alot of sense. Guess you have to look at true rate of return, not inflation. Frank Guistra is betting on inflation and one way to win is to have lots of assets that go up with inflation and lots of low interest debt that you repay with lower purchasing power cash. I agree we should be using 3% discount rate since inflation will take care of rest of the return.
