I think Copper Fox saw an opportunity there with the AZ lands, which they got at 25 per cent of what was paid for it. I got the impression that the attractive numbers on the land done previously and the bargain basement price for the property was seen as an excellent transaction.

That said, I hear what Meta and CG have said about access to water/electrical resources. I would like to hear what the company says about it.
