Teck can buy out our interest in Schaft Creek, and other lands, without buying Copper Fox shares. So CUU would sell the interest in the property but not the shares or the company. Then Copper Fox has a lot of money and issues a dividend. Presumably some money is retained for further exploration. At some point they would have to consolidate the shares so the cash in hand, plus the Arizona properties, should establish the stock price.

If this happens then there is no shareholder vote.
