Good find on the 2/3 of votes clause. I'm guessing Teck must have a few shares by now (don't have to declare publicly until more than 9.9% of the total I believe), and probably between Teck and the board they'd have 2/3 of the vote so can do whatever they agree on. Still, an important clause nonetheless as there ought to be some participation by shareholders.
