Do they renounce their back-in rights first?
If Teck bought our interest then they wouldn't have to back in because they would own both ends of the contract. But, yeah, they would have to pay something for getting the project in whole and up front.
Don't care how it works, but I want the market to see the studies and the BFS before we agree to any sort of deal
It does seem fair that we take the feasibility and the Mira to the markets to benefit from any rise in the stock price. It also seems fair that we realize the benefit to our stock price of Teck's decision to back in to this project. I'm not sure if the market will move on a good feasibility without the Teck decision.
Don't forget, we get a fairness opinion from a 3rd party.
