I have a feeling that our sudden Az purchase was also at the behest of Teck. What better way to get those lands on the cheap than letting a junior do your dirty work and then buyout that junior later! If Teck were to buyout Az I'm sure they would not have gotten it so cheaply! If my theory is correct then we will not see CUU-2 at all. Cuu will be history either before or shorly after BFS comes out. I'm still leaning to before so the deadline will be before Sept 30.

I disagree. I think that CUU wants to explore Arizona, since they're an...explorer. Teck isn't, so why would they want these lands? Makes no sense. Buying the Arizona lands allows us to keep the name Copper Fox, which will have value if/once we're bought out. I'm pretty sure we just saw a deal, as the former company had to sell cheap because of financial reasons.

To be honest, my opinion is that Teck will buyout only what they can backin 75% for, because the rest is just too expensive for what CUU is probably asking, and not proven up enough. My guess is that we'll only be selling SC + Option lands, and we may sell the rest to someone Teck decides to partner up with - or we may have to explore them to "derisk" it, especially since - again - Teck is not an explorer. They'll be years away before they start to mine SC, and then need adjacent lands to expand their operations. They don't need to start to expand the district before they even own part of it.
