Well if you called you might have heard that the AZ properties stood on their own merits, was deemed of great value, and made sense.

Remember the corporate objective was to sell Shaft Creek. Ok then what? What do you do with a bunch of cash and no properties? Go hunting? Ok. Now say I am the seller, and i know you have a bunch of cash in the corp. coffers, am I as willing to negotiage price? Opportunity was siezed, and I call that a calculated risk.
