Tetra tech fiscal year

Hi guys, I have a question I noticed that Tetra tech's fiscal year ens in September. Could it be that Tetra is holding back things until they enter into the new fiscal? An acquisition of Cuu would affect their fY 12 numbers. Looking at their FY12Q4 guidance i've been trying to figure out if we can deduce something ( impact on their bottom line ) but I'm not an expert. Any thoughts? Thanks
