I would add that BGM trading was halted because its RE (not done by TT) raised red flags wrt the 43-101 requirements. Still halted.

Have a look at BGM's latest RE and CUU's. Quite obvious differences with BGM's looking rather shabby imo.

I don't see any similarity between the two companies, documents or near future.
