I agree that the company should put out a notice clarifying the intended release date

By using the ambiguous "end of summer" term they have opened up a tremendous amount of controversy, which they have had ample time to clarify

They must be aware, and I am sure they are that their retail investors are near hari-kari over the relase of this document

Given the history of missed deadlines, and since there may or not be another deadline tomorrow because it was neve really defined but left to speculation, the result will be damaging if there is no release tomorrow
