Don't think the political issue would be significant in this decision, but I like your observation that we are focusing almost exclusively on the reports

This is a critical juncture in dealing with Teck, and I too wonder what else could be out there

I am pretty confident in the mineral and economic case

But there are other ways for this to go wrong as the devil is in the details

I think our largest threat here is legal

Keep wondering if there is something in that snakepit of legal gotchas that could trip up our parade

We know that Teck has some expensive help combing thru that stuff too
