It all depends of what the "material information" is.

The negotiations between Vitera and Glencore for the buyout went on for a YEAR with Vitera shareholders never the wiser. Vitera shareholders had no clue what was coming down the pipe till it was announced.

I am not sure why folks have such a hard time understanding this information freeze, it's a real wild west out there in the mining sector right now. Knowledge is power, never forget.

I have confidence in CUU management to get us through this and if I am wrong well there will be tomorrow, and I will cross that bridge when I come to it.
