The Good: It sounds like they've assembled a pretty solid team to peer review the Feasibility Study.

The Bad: The economic analysis is not yet complete. The Sept 4 news release said "The final phase of the feasibility study, the economic analysis, is expected to be completed in early September." Three weeks later and it's still not done.

The Ugly: Nothing that I can see.
