Agreed, as a former engineer we had spreadsheets where all the cost inputs were put in and any economic analyses could be done quite quickly. A junior engineer could do this in one afternoon.

That's what is so strange here (or not). What is the holdup? This thing has been delayed since last quarter 2010. The delays to incorporate the RE of 2011 made sense, and then RE 2012. But how hard is it to swap out some numbers, especially if a team is working on this? Would love to know what is going on behind closed doors here ...

I assume all is well, and a deal is being worked on even if largely verbal, but can't wait to put the niggling doubts to rest and have something better to report when my wife asked this morning: "News? So what happened to the share price." ... uh, well, you see, ... uh good news is coming ... they're probably working on a deal ...
