What if Don Linsay told ES that we will offer you $6/sh for all of it ( SC and lands ) verbally if you hold off for another 2 weeks? By then we will have a written legal contract for you and a partner. Nothing written so another delay would be legit. Would you do it if you were ES? For another lousy 2 weeks delay I don't think anyone would complain. This is one pausible scenario and this is ONLY SPECULATION.
