the report is so good that TCK - CIC or any other partner interested in coming on board has said, is this for real. Elmer once said, in a conversation with Vette, "they won't believe the numbers", and the indication was, they are too good to be easily believed.
If you were on the verge of commiting a huge sum of your company's money to a project, wouldn't you want third party confirmation. wouldn't you need it to justify the involvement to your own shareholders or, in the case of CIC, bosses.
All the indicators are still in place, and I believe TCK is taking us out. they're doing it right, being careful, and they're going to do it their way. at this stage I think it's very much to our advantage to work with them, than to do anything hard nosed and, possibly stupid.
I'm as dissapointed as everyone else, and, as previously stated, have to sell some before the end of Oct. but will sell as few as possible and hold the rest until the end.
I'm as confident as ever, we'll get a good deal.......chunky
