Don't think it is at all far fetched to speculate that Newmont has in interest in Schaft Creek

Also doubt that Matt has a lot of free time and unless he works as a contractor to Newmont, which is not clear, I doubt that Newmont would care to have their Senior New Mine guy doing this as an employee

Conflicts of interest and liability issues...
