Good question Teamjen. If Elmer says "We are paying for Merit and Matt" then we should ask "Are they Qualified Expenses under the Teck Agreement?".

The BFS reviewS should be qualified expenses as they are directly related to putting the BFS out. If they are not considered QE's then the reviews are for either CUU itself (TCK doesn't approve of the review (unlikely)) or a third party.

I'd like to ask Elmer if we completed a Titan survey this year. I see no evidence that this happened despite being part of our 2012 exploration plan. If it didn't happen: Why not?
