CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Pretty telling stuff. Getting all their ducks in a row.
The Arizona claims have been purchased in a subsidiary, so the CUU structure is ready to go. If there is a share take-out of CUU, the accountants have already worked out a mechanism to ensure CUU syareholders can go forward in CUU2. We probably will look at other properties if the opportunity comes up. If there is a PP in CUU2, we'll all get a chance to participate (if we meet the accredited investor test).
