apparently there is no complete BFS until the reviews are concluded, hence Teck continues to skate

Let's hope the reviewers are satisfied and we are not forced to redo significant portions of the BFS

...and, IMO, this is all another stall for Teck who is dealing with how to proceed from here

They discovered that they have an extremely large fox by the tail and are not sure how to subdue him
