...I see this means either 1) $1,000,000 available in cash/securities, or 2) income of $200K/year for the past couple of years...

If things go our way, I can see a lot of us falling into category "1" above re: financing round for CUU 2.0.

(If things go really well, we'll also be meeting "condition 2" in about 3 year's time).
