Agreed Vette, mention of the 4 year clause is big. I tend to think that both we and Teck will place nice - doesn't mean EE, Elmer and others won't be shrewd negotiators, but I think we might get the most bang for our buck with Teck who know this deposit probably better than anyone but us (they can buy us out and then bring in partners as needed).
