Question for the board.....Lets say we hand the FS or BFS to Teck...get the 120 day clock ticking away.

Can Copper Fox start getting into talks with other company`s on our 25 %?

THe reason im saying this is....I would think that if Teck knew we were talking with other comapny`s about our 25% ....I think Teck would really get moving on getting the deal done.

Do we HAVE to wait for Teck`s responce? Then see what they want in for.

My thoughts are if they knew we were in talks with other company`s......not letting Teck deside who their joint partner should be then they would just deside to buy us out 100 % no dickering.
