I don't think we're getting partials, one of the reports from the Toronto event said they were told it would be a complete document with reviews.

It hardly seems that we'll get it when it is completed either, more like when they are ready to release it. I noticed they removed the reference to September from the home page of the website.

I wonder what Teck did with all the numbers that they downloaded? They must have been able to more or less run their own estimate and look into financing. Perhaps they also entered discussions with potential partners.
