They would require a legal reason to delay the fs. Closing the pp before is correct. Clearing requires 3 days I think. The pp could be cloed now and they have a "reasonable time to inform the public". With respect to the pp, it's hard for it not to look sketchy to the outside. All of us are fine with it.
